Due to the over-sized nature of many of our products, all orders placed online will be confirmed by your preferred method of contact.
Once your order is received our friendly staff will immediately check stock, calculate shipping charges and call or email you with the total payment details. Be sure to let us know the best time to call, or you may call us at (440) 331-8939. The best times to reach us are weekdays between 11am and 3pm EST.

Payment options include pre-payment by mail, paying by VISA or MASTERCARD. We will be happy to ship COD for an additional fee. If sending a check, items ship once payment clears.

We process all requests in the order they arrive. Typically, order information received before 2pm EST can be processed and shipped by the end of the day. All orders are sent UPS Ground. If you require express delivery, please make a note of this in the comments section.
